Alcoholic is an odorless liquid containing either ethyl alcohol. Ethyl is potable whereas Methyl alcohol is fatal and used for industrial purpose only.Alcohol beverage contains ethyl alcohol.
2.Production Methods of Spirits
1. Pot –still method : Pot still is a method of distilling fermented liquid to make alcohol. this the olden method and also known as traditional method.
